Todd Pruett has been a long time supporter and active member in the West Bend baseball community including West Bend Little League and the West Bend East programs. He has been diagnosed with a form of pre lukemia. There currently is not a match in his family nor the Bone Marrow registry. It is a simple cheek swab to get registered along with a form that needs to be filled out. The screening is next Friday and Saturday. Correction on the flyer that was handed out to all Fall League participants: the start date for the workouts at Nick's All-Star academy is Sunday, November 15 - not Saturday, November 14 as stated in the flyer. West Bend Little League is looking for help with our Equipment for the upcoming season. Help is needed going through gear to determine if it is serviceable, what needs to be replaced and to take an accurate inventory. We are looking for a few individuals that will be able to help the Equipment Officer. These positions are not a Board position - just looking for some individuals that have some extra time to help out the cause. Work will be done between now and next April. Save those McDonald's Receipts!
West Bend Little League is teaming up with McDonald's to help buy new equipment. All we need are reciepts from McDonald's; it does not matter what the total amount on the receipt is, just the number of receipts turned in. Look for a receipt reception receptacle at the Concession Stand.
